- Usage & Analytics Metrics: Anonymized technical metrics and traffic data gathered via Google Analytics to monitor uptime, rate limits, and server loads.
2. How We Use and Process Information
We use collected information solely to:
- Authenticate your identity and manage active user sessions.
- Match queries against our indexed library of official Royal Enfield service manuals, parts books, and technical specifications.
- Cache frequent prompts and vector embeddings to reduce backend processing latency and compute costs.
- Enforce fair-use rate limits and protect infrastructure resources.
3. Third-Party Integrations & AI Processing
We do not sell, rent, or monetize personal information. Data transmission is limited to the third-party infrastructure providers necessary to operate the application:
- Google Firebase: User authentication and identity state management.
- Google Gemini API: When a question is submitted, relevant manual excerpts and user prompts are processed through Google's AI models to formulate the technical response. Processing follows Google's API service terms and privacy guidelines.
- Google Analytics: Aggregated usage monitoring and site traffic analytics.
4. Beta Phase Data Retention and Deletion Notice
- Beta Storage Lifecycle: Because ZAMM is currently in an experimental Beta phase, stored conversations, cached prompts, and user records may be modified, reset, or permanently erased during database schema migrations, cost-reduction routines, or infrastructure maintenance without notice.
- Deletion Requests: You may request complete deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us via email.
